Our Undertaking

ENCHANTÉ pairs an elite facade with elite substance: meticulous verification, discreet concierge care, and a culture where courtesy is foundational and grace non-negotiable. Breaches of this Code invite immediate restriction or withdrawal of membership.

The Five Pillars, In Depth

1. Authenticity

Essence: Be real, be truthful, be present.

You commit to:

Maintaining a single, personal account.
Presenting current, unaltered photographs.
Sharing only what is verifiably yours - achievements, assets, lifestyle.
2. Politeness

Essence: Courteous discourse is the only discourse.

You commit to:

Composing bespoke greetings rather than broadcast messages.
Refraining from rudeness, prejudice, or coercion.
Avoiding explicit or transactional propositions.
3. Discretion

Essence: Trust is guarded with vigilance.

You commit to:

Sharing content only with mutual consent.
Keeping confidences strictly private.
Reporting any privacy concern promptly via Concierge.
4. Intentionality

Essence: Time is the rarest luxury.

You commit to:

Responding in good time or indicating unavailability.
Arranging a video introduction ideally within two weeks.
Politely closing conversations when interest fades.
5. Custodianship

Essence: We uphold our house together.

You commit to:

Reporting imposters or unsafe behaviour.
Offering constructive feedback through Concierge.
Uplifting members who exemplify grace and integrity.

Verification Framework

Identity Confirmation - mandatory document scan.

Income / Net Worth Attestation - optional; visible as a badge and filter.

Live Concierge Verification - extended interview for Platinum, Diamond, or by request.

Fifteen-Day Auto-Purge - all artefacts securely deleted from AWS following verification.

Members may tailor discovery preferences by verification level. Members will not see unverified incomes unless they opt-in.

Trust Score

Signals Considered: Verification breadth, response cadence, community reports, AI tonal analysis.
Influence: Elevates feed placement and confers quiet accolades such as "Rising Trust."
Privileges: High scorers receive salon invitations and priority concierge channels.

Conduct Measures

Courtesy Reminder

A discreet note to realign with the Code.

Trigger: Minor lapses in tone or response.
Conduct Advisory

Temporary feature limits and a personal dialogue with Concierge.

Trigger: Repeated discourtesy, spam, or inappropriate behavior.
Suspension

Membership paused for up to seven days pending review.

Trigger: Severe misconduct, deceptive profiles, or explicit propositions.
Expulsion

Membership revoked and data suppressed.

Trigger: Fraud, harassment, hate speech, or safety threats.

Grave breaches may lead directly to suspension or expulsion at the discretion of senior concierge. Appeals are acknowledged within seventy-two hours.
